1. Executive summary

Tier B is complete for CI Tier A + B on PRs to main via .github/workflows/e2e-test.yml. The pipeline validates:

Tier A: synthetic EventSub → pool enrollment
Tier B: harness-prepared Pending payout → SyntheticDesktop choreography → MockHelixApi capture → pool cleared on Sent

The deliverable includes maintainers’ runbooks, troubleshooting matrices, and monitoring/alerting workflows.

2. Key achievements

MockHelixApi + SyntheticDesktop integration: enabled deterministic CI validation of the Desktop/Helix slice without real WoW.
Pipeline optimizations: NuGet + pip caching, PR concurrency cancellation, always-on log artifacts.
Debuggability: standardized log bundle e2e-service-logs + troubleshooting matrix aligned to common failure modes.
